This card can be acquired form the Six Seasons and a Movie technology. It can not be purchased from the card shop.
Strategy[ | ]
This building takes up space, so it's best to use when there is a lot of space available, perhaps right after completing a bunch of columns. The +2 purchases can be really helpful, especially with the _______ policy that replaces one Houses with Tenements. However, it can make completing the columns it is in difficult, so beware. Overall, this makes a nice addition to the deck.
